More secure world

“Making the world more secure.” Achieving something that ambitious relies on maintaining solid working relationships, both with our colleagues at SR Labs and  with industry and the research community.

Culture

Development

Lifelong learning is fundamental to SRLabs culture. We are never content with the status quo, and constantly seek out ambitious new challenges that stretch the skills of our most experienced experts.

Diversity

We value diversity and inclusion. The best way to solve the many complex problems we face at SRLabs is by combining ideas born from various cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds.

Flexibility

We maintain flexibility in working hours. Whether you are an early bird or a late riser, work from home or come into the office, we will work with you to ensure you can achieve exceptional results.

Shared rituals

Community, knowledge sharing, and having fun are essential to what we do at SRLabs, and sometimes that is best achieved by the beach with a cool beverage. Hacker Urlaub, our week-long annual retreat, takes the entire company to a sunny location, where we get to know each other better by discussing ideas, lessons learned, and future goals.
